This is an exchange-only policy. We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.


Exchange Eligibility Window

  • Exchanges are valid only within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

Same Product Exchange

  • Exchanges are only applicable for the same product (size or fit issues).
  • We do not allow exchanges for a different design, color, or product.

Original Condition

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Tags and Packaging

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product should show no signs of damage, tampering, or wear.

Cleanliness

  • The item must be completely clean and free from stains, marks, or blemishes.
  • It must not carry any fragrance such as perfume, deodorant, body odor, or smoke.

Proof of Purchase

  • A valid invoice or order number is required to process the exchange.

Exchange Process

1. Request Initiation
Contact our customer support team within the 3-day window to request an exchange.

2. Product Return & Inspection
Our team will guide you through the return process. Once received, the product will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets all exchange conditions.

3. Approval & Dispatch
If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched.
RAAMYA reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the stated conditions.


Non-Compliance

If the returned product does not meet our exchange criteria:

  • The exchange will be declined
  • The product will be sent back to you
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
