REVERSE PICKUP & SHIPPING

We try to make the return and exchange process as convenient as possible. However, reverse pickup is subject to courier serviceability at your PIN code.

If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, the customer will be required to send the product to the Raamya warehouse through a courier service of their choice. Our team will provide the necessary warehouse details after the request has been reviewed.

The product must reach our warehouse safely and in its original condition for the inspection and further processing of the return or exchange.

Please note that Raamya works with independent third-party courier partners for deliveries and reverse pickups. While our team will always make reasonable efforts to assist you with shipping-related concerns, certain circumstances — including courier delays, serviceability limitations, unsuccessful pickup attempts or other operational issues — may be outside Raamya’s direct control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

 A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

Submitting a return or exchange request does not automatically mean that it has received final approval.

Every request follows a verification process. Photographs submitted with the request are reviewed first, and the product is then subject to a final physical inspection and quality check once it reaches our warehouse.

For returns, Store Credit will be processed only after the product successfully passes inspection and receives final approval.

For exchanges, the replacement product will be processed and dispatched only after the original product successfully passes inspection and receives final approval.

The small handling and logistics amounts associated with returns and exchanges form part of our agreed return & exchange process. They help encourage responsible requests while covering a portion of the reverse pickup, handling, inspection and processing involved.

Once a return or exchange process has been initiated, the applicable handling & logistics amount is non-refundable.

Raamya reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.

Raamya holds the authority to make the final decision regarding the eligibility, approval or rejection of any return or exchange request, based on the product condition, inspection findings and the terms stated in this policy.
